Our Firm

We are located in the heart of Peekskill, NY where we have conducted business since 1995. We were honored to be the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year for 2021.

In 2021, our firm, formerly known as Charles Newman Co. became a member of Hilb Group, a leading employee benefits and property and casualty insurance brokerage and advisory firm. With over 2,200 employees in 125+ locations across 30 states and services in all 50 states, our merger with Hilb Group gave us access to the resources of one of the nation’s largest brokers while maintaining the same local team and personal relationships clients have come to know and trust. Our firm serves over 3 dozen nonprofits and more than 200 businesses overall. All of our team members are employee benefits veterans with industry experience ranging from 15 to 30 years with a primary focus on Group Health, (fully insured, self-funded, and via our in-house Captive “INCAP”), Ancillary, and Voluntary insurance plans.
